I empower women to access their inner healer through through the ancient practices of Yoga and Reiki Energy Healing, the hormonal balance of Hormone Yoga Therapy, and the profound mindset shifts of Hypnotherapy.

This feminine, grounded approach to spirituality isn’t about escaping life; it’s about living it fully and boldly.

My life’s work is a revolution in how women commune with their bodies, each other, and Mother Nature. I’ve spent years training with master teachers around the globe—from New York City to Los Angeles to Beijing, to the Himalayas—gathering the wisdom of these ancient traditions to translate for modern women like you.

Now nearing almost two decades as a Spiritual Teacher and Therapist, I blend the Art & Science of Healing to help women shift from wired & tired “survival” into a thriving, deeply embodied existence.

My approach isn’t about glossing over life with “love and light.” It’s about digging into the realness of your soul and embracing the full spectrum of your being.
