Bring yourself and a yoga mat. A blanket or towel is nice to cover yourself during deep relaxation.

If you have blocks, bring them too. If you don’t have blocks, keep a small stack of books nearby. Props may come in handy but are not necessary.

NOTE for Thursday Restorative Class: You will need a yoga mat, a stack of books, a bed pillow (or bolster), and a blanket or large towel.

Have your laptop or phone loaded with the Zoom app and you’re all set!

I’m an advanced certified Yoga & Meditation teacher, Reiki Master Healer, and doTERRA Wellness Advocate. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2008. My classes are streamed from my home in Florence, Italy.

I love the way Jen teaches yoga. Her guidance and instructions are extremely clear which really helps when doing an online class. It’s so nice that Jen also adapts the class to how everyone is feeling at that moment. I have really enjoyed the breathwork as well. ~ M

Verbal cues are excellent, so much so that I can practice with my eyes closed and it really feels like a work in. ~ S

I very much enjoy Jen’s calm and intentional teaching style of purposeful direction on movement and her use of the Sanskrit name of poses. She is fluid in postures and transitions, so even if you’re not familiar with Sanskrit or a specific pose, you can easily follow along. I find that my practice is greatly influenced by a teacher’s verbal state of being – if there’s too much detailed instruction or simply too much chatter, it is difficult to focus on your own practice. Jen is masterful at breaking down the virtual distance barrier by creating a calm, mindful atmosphere that brings the class into your own presence and space. ~ J

I would definitely recommend – practicing with Jen is magical. ~ S

I have had the honor of learning from Jen both on and off the mat. Drawing from her own experiences, she brings an honest and human approach to both her yoga classes and reiki sessions. The sequencing in her vinyasa classes is the best I have experienced, and her restorative classes are truly that – restorative. Even online, I can still feel the energy in the shared practices she leads. Most importantly, however, working with Jen has taught me to heal, to grow healthy boundaries in my life, and to be me. ~ G

Jen’s teaching style is unassuming, gentle, and fluid to where I was able to be in my own moment and absorb, and not find any shyness or uncertainty about practicing alongside a talented expert! ~ J

I feel more energized after the classes and feel like I’ve had a really good practice ~ M

I love live-stream and I feel more connected to people than I thought I would, knowing that we may not be together in real life, but we’re still practicing together. ~ M

The online class made me feel connected and uplifted. This may sound dramatic, but it felt like a gap in my humanity was filled, by a sense of community and an oneness created by practicing yoga together. It’s awe-inspiring to connect with different people from around the world who share common wellness goals and interests. ~ J

The fact that even though being physically distant from each other, I can still have this incredible teaching. The option of rewatching the lesson when the original time slot does not fit in my schedule is also very convenient since that makes it more accessible to integrate a yoga lesson within my busy day. ~ C

I enjoy taking the classes live and even if I’m pretty quiet I like that people chat briefly at the beginning and end of class. The classes are also always well-sequenced and I like that they are often different with different intentions. ~ G

I would highly recommend this service. Mainly because I honestly love the structure of Jen’s yoga classes; always the perfect mix between breathwork, concentration, challenging asanas & relaxation. I always feel so fulfilled and satisfied after the lessons ~ C

I would definitely recommend these classes, I  think Jen is a great teacher and I feel very lucky to get the chance to practice with her without having to get on a plane! ~ M

Jen’s online classes provide a program that effortlessly transcends the confines of your computer screen to bring a meaningful, well-balanced yoga practice into your home! ~ J
