How do I know if I have them? (Are they c0ntagious??) Always start with compassion for YOUrself. When you look at the life you're living, ask yourself - is this what I want? Am I wanting THIS just because THIS wants me? Or do I really want THIS? The answers always lie in the subtle layers of your awareness. Stay compassionately present with what comes up. (and, yes - self-limiting beliefs are VERY c0ntagious...it's always good to check around for low vibe super spread-ers) Trust is like a muscle that will atrophy if not met with some resistance... A love note from 2022:

Yes, I’m new…but I want you to know it’s not about you having to be new, too.

Last year already prepared you for me.

Some of the ways you were prepared …you may have deeply wanted.

And some of the ways you were prepared …you may have never wanted ….

to imagine ….nor experience.

Yet you lived all of it.

You felt all of it.

You showed up for all of it.

And now, you’re here.

With me, 2022.

This new year is not about being a new you.

It’s about you becoming more YOU.

Everything that you have right now is all that you need.

Dance with the truths that make up your life as you know it right now.

Intentionally gather all the parts of you, including those that are broken and those you dislike, and love them, thank them,
for brilliantly making you YOU.

Purposely work each day with what is and continue to turn towards yourself with love.

The New Year is not about resolutions, it’s about revelations.

What is becoming more of you is revealing itself…

Remain curious, stay in your heart, and allow it to unfold.

The Full Moon in Gemini arrives late evening / early morning on December 18/19, 2021.

This is the final Full Moon of 2021 and with it brings opportunities for changes in your perceptions.

Gemini is an Air sign ruled by Mercury and communication.

It’s considered a fast moving energy because of the Air quality.

Therefore, our nervous systems will be more tuned into these vibrations of this moon.

Overthinking and racing thoughts can be common along with worries rising up.

Gently remind yourself that your true self knows what is real.

Gemini rules communication - not only how we communicate with others but how our thinking informs our words, actions, and body language.

The teaching of Gemini is that we are living the stories we tell ourselves.

When we think about our current stories there can be some that are cringe worthy and some that we feel justified and confident about.

Neither is good nor bad - they just are what they are.

Stories.

While our stories do create a sense of safety, they can also limit us in all aspects of our life and expressing our true authentic self.

Thus, our stories can become our self-imposed limitations.

{🇮🇹sotto} You can ask Saint Google or other people for the answer - yet it's always within.

We're here in earth school to learn that life isn't supposed to cater to us...

when we recognize this --- it's a Yahtzee moment.

We're always in charge of what's happening --- from the inside out.

The ego will mix this up & insist it's an outside-in approach...(aka distraction, numbing, avoiding...etc)

Thus we get busy looking forward or looking backwards - but we don't look down to figure out where our feet actually are...

In the words of the wise teaching from Pema Chodron:

“Things falling apart is a kind of testing and also a kind of healing. We think the point is to pass the test or to overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don’t really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It’s just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”

Give yourself room for ALL of it.

Puoi chiedere a San Google o ad altre persone la risposta....ma è sempre all'interno.

Siamo qui nella scuola della terra per imparare che la vita non deve soddisfare noi...

Quando riconosciamo questo - è un momento Yahtzee.

Siamo sempre responsabili di quello che succede - dall'interno verso l'esterno.

L'ego confonderà tutto questo e insisterà che si tratta di un approccio dall'esterno all'interno...(aka distrazione, intorpidimento, evitamento...etc)

Così siamo impegnati a guardare avanti o a guardare indietro - ma non guardiamo in basso per capire dove sono effettivamente i nostri piedi...

Nelle parole del saggio insegnamento di Pema Chodron:

"Le cose che cadono a pezzi sono una specie di prova e anche una specie di guarigione. Pensiamo che il punto sia superare la prova o superare il problema, ma la verità è che le cose non si risolvono davvero. Si uniscono e cadono a pezzi. Poi si uniscono di nuovo e cadono di nuovo a pezzi. È proprio così. La guarigione viene dal lasciare che ci sia spazio per tutto questo: spazio per il dolore, per il sollievo, per l'infelicità, per la gioia".

However, if we get honest with what's happening in these moments of craving - we can see "new experiences" are actually just new places or new faces... yet our vibration is still the same. When we drop into the state of a human "BEING", we start to recognize that the most valuable new experiences are always right here for us. We don't need to swipe up, reach out, or run towards something outside of ourselves...because we'll never find what we seek. If you really want to have an authentic new experience...get quiet and go within. November 19, 2021 - It’s a potent time for new life opportunities.

November, the 11th month of the year is charged with new era energy.

First with the opening of the Eclipse Season on November 8th, then with 11/11, and now the Eclipse Portal opening on the Full Moon, November 19th, and closing on the next New Moon.

The number 11 is a shape that represents a doorway - a gateway to something more…

Eclipses bring balance to things that are out of alignment.

They transform old energy patterns & serve a clear cosmic role in your life.

Now is the time to get grounded (Taurus is earth) and examine the shadows that are withholding your soul progression.

Shadow work is challenging - it can bring up a lot of wounds and things that we have buried in the corners of our minds.

When we address them we can begin to transform them and transmute them into light that guides you to where you want to go.

If we leave them to be and ignore them, they still continue to disrupt us and hold us back from our evolution.

The most important element of examining your shadows is to love yourself through the process.

Without love - The Heart Chakra - past pain remains unprocessed.

Taurus is associated with the Heart Chakra, Anahata.

This is the time to connect with yourself and look back on your journey - everything that has happened in your life that makes you the YOU you are right now.

Take this time as a sacred pause to heal, integrate, and as always - take good care of your heart.
